Prise en charge anesthesique d’une hepatectomie en milieux a ressources limitees: Cas clinique

Abstract

La prise en charge anesthésique pour une hépatectomie ou résection hépatique est une chirurgie lourde et dénuée d’une morbidité  élevée. Nous rapportons le cas d’un patient de 43 ans pris en charge pour une résection hépatique pour cancer du foie dans un pays en  voie de développement d’évolution favorable.

English title: Anesthetic management of a hepatectomy in a limited-resource hospital: clinical case

Anesthesia for hepatectomy, also known as liver resection, is a challenging situation for anesthesiologists given the associated complications. Improvements in surgical and, particularly, anesthesia techniques could improve the perioperative prognosis, especially in  resource-limited settings. We reported the anesthetic management for hepatectomy in a patient with liver tumor in a resource-limited  setting.
