Journal of Social Work in Developing Societies (JSWDS) is a scholarly refereed and peer-reviewed academic platform designed to extend knowledge, provide a forum for social work-related developmental issues in LMICs, and promote general discourses in the fields of social work, social welfare, community development, and social policies. It aims to provide the much-needed forum for social workers to discuss and debate social issues of developmental significance, with connections to social work insights. Majorly, it seeks to emphasize exemplary research that advances the development of applied knowledge capable of informing the social work discipline and its broad concerns. The journal aims to cover every aspect of social work research, practice, and theory.
