Work-life balance practices in the banking sector: Insights from Nigeria
Abstract
The purpose of this article is to examine the extent to which work-life balance policies/practices are a reality for employees of banking sector. The article
is based on a mixed method approach utilising both qualitative and quantitative methods. Semistructured interviews were utilised for the
