The population of the study comprised 7,142 respondents in the 276 public senior secondary  schools in Rivers State. Sample of 378 teachers was drawn by Taro Yamane’s formula. The instrument for data collection was a self- designed instrument titled: Utilization of Technological Instructional Media for Attainment of Sustainable Development Goal  Questionnaire (UTIMASDGQ). The instrument was face validated by three experts in the in the Department of Educational Management  of the University of Port Harcourt. The reliability of the instrument was ascertained using Cronbach Alpha method, which yielded alpha  values of 0.79, 0.81 and 0.82 respectively for subscales and the overall reliability index of 0.86. Mean scores and standard deviation were  used in answering the research questions, while z-test statistics was used to test the null hypotheses. The finding of this study revealed  that print media is utilized, whereas, video conferencing, recorded audio, web-based instruction, and audio graphics are not adequately  utilized. Also, that to a high extent, utilization of web-based instruction, recorded audio and video conferencing will enhance the  attainment of sustainable development goal 4 in public secondary schools in Rivers State.
