Subscription Information: The 2023 subscription price is N1000/copy, N2000/issue (Nigerian Institution), rest of Africa US$ 100/issue including postage free. Journals are despatched within Nigeria by surface mail and to the rest of Africa and other continents by various forms of air speeded delivery. The full text is free online (Open Access).

Peer Review
Following release of Call for papers, a Manuscript received from an author is first sent to one of the journal editors for compliance assessment. The article is also subjected to plagiarism check using the 'Turnitin' software. A maximum score of 20% is acceptable. Manuscripts that do not meet the criteria for submission are returned to the corresponding author for correction and resubmission if the errors are minor or major. However, articles that are out of the scope of our journal are rejected at this stage of assessment. Secondly, cleared manuscripts are registered with a number and are sent to 3 reviewers using our directory of peer-reviewers who are senior academics and specialists in a particular field. Manuscript sent for review is accompanied by a formatted review form embedded with reviewer's guidelines and instructions to authors to guide the reviewer. Reviewers are usually given two weeks to return their comments on the suitability of the article for publication. Reviewers are usually followed up with reminders to facilitate action. The editorial board meets from time to time to review activities of the journal including reassignment of delayed manuscripts to another reviewer. Thirdly, as soon as the reviewer's comments are received, the corresponding authors are contacted via email. The reviewed manuscript and author review form are sent to the corresponding author and given two weeks to effect corrections and return both the corrected copy and filled author review form to the Editor-In-Chief. A member of the editorial board is usually assigned to assess the corrected manuscript for compliance with the reviewer's comments/suggestions except where a reviewer has requested to re-assess the corrected manuscript. The editorial board meets to consider the decisions of the reviewers per article and approve it for publication or otherwise. The editorial board has the preserved right to reject any article that does not meet its criteria even if reviewers have passed it. The review process is double-blind as the names of authors are usually removed until the review process is over.
