As a Diamond Open Access journal, ULK Scientific Journal is free of charge for both authors and readers. There are no article processing charges (APCs) or submission fees, ensuring accessible, barrier-free publication of research.

Peer review
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review, ensuring impartial and objective assessment. The Editor-in-Chief assigns submitted manuscripts to editors, who, in turn, identify suitable reviewers and send the manuscript along with an evaluation template. At least two experts in the relevant field evaluate each paper, with feedback typically provided to authors within one month. If reviewers recommend revisions, authors are expected to make the necessary changes and resubmit the revised manuscript for further assessment. This iterative process helps enhance the quality and clarity of the research. The entire review process is overseen by the Editor-in-Chief to maintain high standards of academic integrity and quality.
Publication Scheduling
This journal publishes two issues in one volume per year.
