Funding Technology Education in a Democracy
Abstract
This paper x-rays the state of funding technology education in a democratic Nigeria and takes a closer look at the role of Education Tax Fund (ETF) in augmenting statutory allocation to the education sub-sector in the national budget within a given period, and compares it with other sectors such as defense and made recommendations for a change in the funding policy especially as it affects technology education in Nigeria
