The inductive predicament as an indispensable sable evil for practical life
Abstract
Induction is a method employed by several domains or disciplines in arriving at
results or predictions of the future. In spite of its seeming indispensability, the
concept has incurred ominous criticisms, which attacks are forceful enough to
annihilate the concept. In this paper, we propose to critically revisit the concept,
expose some of its problems and attempt a justification thereto.
