Peer Review

All manuscripts received will undergo initial assessment by the editorial board and those which are out of scope of the Journal or are of unacceptably poor standard will be returned to the author without going further in the review process. All manuscripts considered suitable for review are sent to two experts in the field of study relevant to the manuscript for evaluation. Where there are dissenting or opposing views of the two reviewers, the paper is assessed by a third reviewer. Final decision of the manuscript is made by editorial board based on the reviewers’ recommendations.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Publication Scheduling

SLJBR will be published every 4 months i.e. three times in a year : April / August / December.
