Bilateral linear morphea: A case report
Abstract
Linear scleroderma involving the frontal or frontoparietal region of the scalp
(with or without associated facial hemiatrophy) is called “en coup de sabre”
(like the stroke of sabre). We hereby report a case of a 15 years old male, who presented with bilateral frontoparietal morphea. Bilateral linear morphea is very rare and very few cases have been reported. We believe that the rarity of this presentation warrants a report.
