Brief Communication: US Scientific Embargo against Sudan and other countries

Abstract

We all know about the United States Government trade embargoes against some countries such as Sudan, Libya, Iran, Iraq, and Cuba. We even know the continuous renewal of these sanctions. But not so many of us heard about the United States scientific embargo against these countries. This paper is dealing only with scientific impact of these sanctions, and not political or economical ones
