Each paper is sent to at least two reviewers. Reviewers are required to identify and make suggestions for strengthening as well as make suggestions make a decision whether the paper should be accepted or rejected. Editorial board holds conference on the reviewer reports, determine the status of the paper for they are sent to authors for necessary revisions. Revised papers are returned for final editing, typsetting and printing.
