Spontaneous Haemopericardium
Abstract
Haemopericardium as opposed to haemorrhagic pericarditis may be due to trauma or-disease causing rupture of a vessel or heart chamber jnto the pericardium, to baemorrhagic states such as leukaeinia, or to neoplasms of the heart or pericardium.l In -this paper 2 cases of haemopericardium are reported for which no obvious cause could be found.
