Peer Review
The journal presently has six (6) Reviewers, with two (2) Reviewers assigned to a paper. Reviewers are given up to a minimum of three (3) weeks to review a paper, and based on Reviewer’s recommendation, the paper is usually sent back after correction by the author for further review.
Our review process is such that a paper is blindly (without an author) sent to Reviewers in its original form from the author for review based on our Reviewer Guidelines (Peer Review Form). Upon receipt of Reviewer’s comments, the comments are forwarded to the author for correction; where applicable, using our Comments to Author Form (please find attached forms). The review process continues until Reviewer declares the paper publishable. Even if one Reviewer declares the paper publishable, the review process continues with the other Reviewer until he/she also declares the paper publishable.
The final decision for a paper to be published in the journal rest in the hands of the Reviewers. However, if there is a contradiction between the Reviewers, based on comments received, the Editorial Board makes the final decision, with the Editor reserving the right for the paper publication or not based on Reviewer’s comments.
