Scientific management as seen by the academic library’s staff: Algiers University 2 - Bouzareha

Abstract

Scientific management is one of the newest concepts to manage university libraries by considering this kind of libraries lively role and its need to adopt scientific administration in order to explore its resources and to successfully achieve its goals. Our study deals with scientific management within the Algiers university 2 library. We will try to find out, through questionnaire and interview, the impact of adopting its principle as well as the library staff and administration opinion as to this important kind of administration.
