Les publications scientifiques: contribution a l'evaluation du secteur de la recherche en Algérie

Abstract

Evaluating Algerian Scientific Research sector might be confronted to different obstacles. However, there is a concrete and plausible form which can be considered as one of the most important medium to evaluate this activity i.e: Scientific publication produced  by national researchers. Based upon a national investigation concerning Algerian scientific potentialities; this article attempts to highlight scientific and technical information generation.
