Abstract

Les anomalies qui handicapent le développement de la République Démocratique du Congo (RDC) ont constitué la matière autour de la quelle gravite notre réflexion. Le but de cette recherche est d’identifier les vrais maux qui freinent le développement de la RDC et de d’essayer de donner les pistes de solution. Il a été démontré que, ce sont les institutions politiques qui sont à la base de la misère de la population. En diagnostiquant la RDC, plusieurs maux la rongent dans le cadre institutionnel, notamment, la myopie institutionnelle, la presbytie institutionnelle et même du daltonisme institutionnel. Il faudrait alors des réformes institutionnelles assorties d’un leadership de qualité au sommet de l’État et surtout du patriotisme pour espérer mieux.

The anomalies that handicap the development of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) have constituted the material around which our reflection gravitates. The purpose of this research is to identify the real evils that are hampering the development of the DRC and to try to provide possible solutions. It has been shown that it is the political institutions that are at the root of the misery of the population. By diagnosing the DRC, several evils gnaw at it in the institutional framework, in particular, institutional myopia, institutional presbyopia and even institutional color blindness. It would then require institutional reforms accompanied by quality leadership at the top of the state and above all patriotism to hope for the best.
