Traitement chirurgical d’une tumeur stromale gastro-intestinale (GIST) géante du ligament gastro-colique : à propos d’un cas

Abstract

Les auteurs rapportent un cas de GIST géante du ligament gastro-colique survenu chez un adulte jeune de sexe masculin. Ils rappellent  les particularités de cette localisation sur la symptomatologie clinique. Ils insistent sur la difficulté et les exigences du traitement  chirurgical rendues plus ardues par la grande taille de la tumeur.

The authors report a case of a giant gastrocolic ligament tumor(GIST) that occurred in a young adult male. They recall the particularities  of this localisation with respect to the clinicalsymptoms. They emphasize on the challenges of the surgery given the large size of the  tumor.
