Ectopie testiculaire pénienne. A propos d’un cas traité dans un hôpital de District burundais

Abstract

L’ectopie testiculaire pénienne est une anomalie congénitale rare. Sa  pathogénie reste mal connue. Nous rapportons un cas d’ectopie testiculaire pénienne dorsale chez un adolescent de 16 ans 9 mois. Un diagnostic, normalement aisé, a été tardif chez ce garçon. L’abaissement testiculaire a pu être réalisé en raison de la longueur suffisante du cordon spermatique. A travers la littérature, nous passons en revue les formes d’ectopie  testiculaire et attirons l’attention à nos professionnels de santé sur cette entité.

Penile ectopic testis is a rare congenital abnormality. The pathogenesis is still not well known.We report a case with 16 years and 9 month old. A diagnosis, normally easy and evident, was late. The orchidopexy in dartos after lowering the testis was easy due to the sufficient length of the spermatic cord. We review the other forms of ectopic testis reported in the literature and make our professionals update on the subject.
