Plaie pénétrante du périnée par une arme blanche avec lésions viscérales multiples intra abdominales: à propos d’un cas

Abstract

Nous rapportons un cas d’une plaie pénétrante du périnée occasionnée par une flèche ayant entrainé une plaie de l’intestin grêle, une perforation du sigmoïde, une perforation du dôme vésical et une déchirure du ligament large droit de l’utérus. Une laparotomie réalisée a permis de faire une résectionanastomose de l’intestin grêle, une suture de la perforation du sigmoïde, du dôme vésical et du ligament large droit de l’utérus. L’évolution a été favorable sans complications.

English Abstract

We report a case of a penetrating wound at the perianal area produce by an arrow causing a rupture of small bowel, a perforation of sigmoid, a perforation of the dome of the urinary bladder and a laceration of the lateral right wall of uterus. Laparotomy has permitted to make a resection and anastomose of the small bowel, a suture of the sigmoid then the dome of urinary bladder perforations and finally the laceration of the lateral right wall of uterus. We have noticed a good outcome without complications
