Note on the completeness of a Cap
Abstract
Let q be
a power of 2. It is shown that every line orbit of length (q2 + 1)(q+1)
of a cyclic Singer group of PG (3,q)
constitutes a complete cap on the Klein quadric of PG (5, q).
