Abstract
Traumatic thoracobiliary fistulae are extremely rare complications, conservative therapy can be made by
intervention radiologist and endoscopist or by surgery if conservative measures have failed. We report a case of traumatic thoracobiliary fistulae, where the indication of the surgical treatment of first intention was indisputable seen sepsis and hemodynamic failure.
