Peer Review
All submissions are subjected to a double-blind peer review process to assess the scientific quality of the submitted papers. To facilitate anonymity in peer reviewing, the author’s name or similar identification is not displayed on any page of a manuscript other than on a separate sheet. The separate sheet contains the name(s) of the author(s), the title of the manuscript, contact addresses and the name(s) of the affiliation they are coming from. The first step which is usually conducted the Chief Editor is to receive manuscripts and to make sure that an in-house format has been followed; it conforms to the scope and guidelines of the journal. If it conforms, the editor sends it out to two reviewers who are anonymous to the author. The double-blind review intends to examine the quality of the manuscripts fairly, without any bias. The manuscript assessment focuses on the quality of the manuscript in terms of its scholarly content, structure and originality. This process takes six (6) to eight (8) weeks. Depending on the outcome of the review process, the author will be required to undertake major or minor corrections as suggested by the reviewers. In case of major corrections are needed, the author is supposed to resubmit the revised work and this will be sent back to the reviewers for vetting. In some circumstances, the manuscript may be rejected outright. Once the review process is over, the editor make the final decision to compile the manuscripts that are ready for to be published. Once that is done, the author will be notified on their published work once the issue is out.

This journal publishes two volumes a year.
