Peer Review
The journal enjoys a peer review process carried out in six stages:
Stage 1: There is an immediate desk review process to ensure MS conforms to the standard of journal and can be processed for technological review.
Stage 2: Successful MS is now packaged to two renowned identified specialists in the subject matter for the technical review process. Such reviewers are requested to please ensure that MS received by them are returned to the editorial desk within a limit of 4-5 weeks from the date of receipt.
Stage 3: Reviewed MS are then collated for Editorial Board assessment before results are communicated to respective authors.
Stage 4: Successful MS are mailed to authors to effect comments on their MS while unsuccessful MS are mailed back to authors with same comments.
Stage 5: MS returned after attending to reviewers comments are passed to the desk editorial to ensure all comments have been attended to before advising the Editorial Board on the final result of each MS.
Stage 6: The final stage is the collation of all MS which have met with the requirement for publication. Please note, as much as possible The Editorial Board, has tried to ensure an online process in all the process highlighted. This has made communication and processing a little more exciting
*Please note that in the event that two reviewers have conflicting reports, we have a mechanism of ensuring that either a third reviewer is used or The Editorial Board sits and take a decision on the comments before the MS can be further processed.
Open Access Policy
This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
Publication Scheduling
This journal publishes 3 times a year, in January, June and December.

Focus and Scope
The Nigerian Journal of Technological Research is a pure scientific journal with a philosophy of attempting to provide information on problem solving technology to its immediate environs and the international community.
The scope of the journal is in the core areas of: Pure and Applied Sciences,Engineering Sciences; Environmental Sciences; Agricultural Sciences; Information and Communication Technology; Management and Entrepreneurship Sciences.
