Abstract
Simultaneous ipsilateral ACL and Patellar tendon rupture is a rare entity. Although treatment protocol has been varied and shrouded in controversy, the general consensus is that a 2- staged early repair of patellar tendon with delayed reconstruction of the ACL gives best functional result. The rehabilitation differs depending on whether a single stage repair or 2-stage repair which favored conservative and aggressive approaches respectively.
