Abstract
A case of olfactory neuroblastoma (ONB) presenting in a 2 year old girl as a nasal mass is presented. Although olfactory neuroblastomas have been reported from various parts of the world, this, to our knowledge is the first report from Midwestern Nigeria. We wish to emphasize the importance of histological examination of even the most innocuous masses, especially in the nose, and consideration of this diagnosis in all such cases, especially in children.
