The Journal welcomes original scientific contributions, review papers, clinical trials, case reports letters to the Editor, medico-legal and ethical articles, on the basic medical and clinical sciences in relation to the fields of Otorhinolaryngology, Head-and-Neck surgery, Audiology, Speech and Language disorders, and allied specialties.
An article is peer reviewed for publication on the understanding that it is submitted solely to the Journal at the time of submission and had not been accepted for publication elsewhere .
Authors are required to prepare their manuscripts to conform to the “Uniform Requirements for Manuscripts submitted to Biomedical Journals “ issued by the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors.
Manuscripts should be typewritten on only one side of A4 paper size, double spacing with wide margins. Submit three hard copes and an electronic copy on 3.5” diskette or CD-ROM that exactly matches the hard copy. Save text in the native format of the word processor. MS word or Word Perfect are preferred. The text should be in single – column. Do not embed “graphically prepared” tables. Use one grid from the word processor facility for each individual table.
Original and review articles should consist of the following sections that must start on a new page in this sequence, title page, summary, introduction, materials, and method, results, discussion, acknowledgement, references, tables, legends to figures and illustration. All text should be in standard English. The following details should apply to each of these sections.
Title page. This should have the following information: title of article, names and initials of each author institution where work was done, names and address of corresponding author and running title. If the paper was presented at a meeting, the details must be given.
The summary should be structured into aim(s) or objective(s), methodology, results and conclusions drawn. It should have not more than five keywords. The summary should be able to stand alone and not exceed 200 wards.
References:
The Vancouver style is the only one accepted by the Journal. They should be numbered consecutively in the order they are first cited in the text.

Tables and Figures should be numbered in Arabic numerals. They should be adjuncts to the text and not repeat materials already presented. Only recognized standard abbreviation and S.I. units should be used throughout the manuscript. Articles should be sent to:
