Peer review
Stage one
When a manuscript is submitted, it undergoes editorial review to ensure the manuscript followed the journal format and that the content is within the scope of the journal.
Stage two
The journal adopts double blinded peer review. A manuscript is reviewed by two reviewers who are experts in the area and when there conflict (0ne positive review and one negative review), a third one is sent the manuscript to break the tie
