Evaluation of a Captioned Video Tape Instruction in Metal work for Hearing-Impaired Students in Junior Secondary Schools
Abstract
This study was carried out to ascertain the effectiveness of a captioned videotape instruction when utilized with 32 hearingimpaired students in JS.I. The result of the study shows that hearing-impaired students benefit from captioned videotape instruction in a metalwork lesson. The gain in the mean scores of the students in the post-test over pre-test is significant.
