Articles intended for publication should be typewritten double-spaced on A4-size paper with ample margins. Manuscript should be typed on only one side of the paper. Preferably, papers should not exceed sixteen pages, including the title, abstract, notes, references and all other necessary information.

Each article must be preceded by an abstract of about 250 words.

The first page should contain the title of article, the author‘s name, (first name first, then middle name and surname last), institutional affiliations/address for correspondence, telephone number(s), email and abstract. Body text should be typed 12 points in Times New Roman font. Referencing, which should not be dated, must be in the APA style, and listed at the end of the article in strict alphabetical order.

Copyright of all published materials is vested in the Nigeria and the Classics; however, authors bear full responsibility for the contents of their own contributions.

Submission
Two clear error free hard copies of the manuscript should be submitted to the editor while the soft copy should be emailed to ef.taiwo@ui.edu.ng or anenimonica@gmail.com (as a Word document attachment using Microsoft Office Word). Before submitting a paper, authors are advised to read the instructions carefully and ensure that they adhere to suggested guidelines, as non-conformity may lead to rejection. All articles will be submitted to local and offshore referees. Submissions are reviewed by two referees.
