L’arthrite virale disseminee : A propos d’un cas

Abstract

La fièvre jaune est une zoonose due au virus de l'amaril qui est transmis à l’homme par piqûre de moustique. Ce virus peut provoquer une arthrite virale ou coexister avec une arthrite septique. Il est nécessaire d'y penser devant des douleurs articulaires fébriles surtout lorsqu’aucun germe n’a été isolé dans le liquide articulaire. Nous rapportons une observation d’un enfant qui a présenté arthrite virale due à virus de la fièvre jaune.

The yellow fever is a viral zoonose due to the amaril virus which is transmitted to men by punctures of mosquitos. This virus can hardened a viral arthritis or coexist with a septic arthritis. It is necessary to think of it in front of feverish pains of the bone joints and especially when no germ was insulated in the articular liquid. We bring in this observation the case of a child presenting a viral arthritis due to amaril virus.
