La conférence des forces vives de la nation de février 1990 et le rayonnement international du Bénin (1990-2020)

Abstract

La conférence nationale de février1990 au Bénin, en raison de ses facteurs de succès inattendu et les dynamiques qu’elle a créées, s’est  révélée très tôt un modèle. Ce label en matière de démocratie, a fait école en Afrique et reconnu comme tel à travers le monde au point  que le landerneau politique international parlait du Bénin en termes de Laboratoire de démocratie en Afrique francophone. La présente  étude vise à faire part de la contribution de cette conférence au rayonnement international du Bénin et de l’impact de ce rayonnement  au progrès économique et social du pays. La démarche méthodologique pour cette étude est essentiellement axée sur la recherche  documentaire et les travaux de terrain. Il ressort de l’analyse des données des résultats obtenus que la conférence nationale de février  1990 a révélé le Bénin à travers le monde. Il force respect et admiration dans l’arène internationale. Ce qui a permis au pays de se frayer  une place dans le concert des nations et d’être considéré comme l’un des plus démocratiquement stables et dont l’environnement  politique et économique est propice aux investissements étrangers pour son progrès économique et social.

English title: Conference of the lifeblood of the nation of February 1990 and international radiation of Benin (1990-2020)

The national conference of February 1990 to Benign, from its factors of unexpected success and the dynamic ones that it created,  appeared very early a model. This label as regards democracy, made school in Africa and recognized as such throughout the world so  much so that the international political landerneau spoke about Benign in terms about Laboratory about democracy in French-speaking  Africa. The present study aims at announcing of the contribution of this conference to the international radiation of Benign and impact of  this radiation with the economic progress and social of the country. The methodological step for this study is primarily centered on  the information retrieval and work of ground. It arises from the data analysis of the results obtained that the national conference of  February 1990 revealed the Benign one throughout the world. It forces respect and admiration in the international arena. What made it possible the country to clear a place in the concert of the nations and to be regarded as one of most democratically stable and whose  political and economic environment is favourable with the overseas investments for its economic progress and social.
