Abstract

L’objectif de cet article est d’analyser l’écart entre le curriculum officiel et celui réalisé dans les pratiques de formations initiale et continue des instituteurs en République du Bénin. 108 pratiques enseignantes ont été observées avec une trentaine d’entretiens semi-dirigés suivie d’une documentation écrite. L’analyse a permis de comprendre que ce qui était annoncé comme référentiel de compétences sont souvent mises en veilleuse au profit de connaissances académiques. Ceci est certainement lié aux ressources humaines devant former les instituteurs à une professionnalité aigue et les moyens financiers dont dispose le pays. Et pour survivre dans l’organisation scolaire, on s’ajuste aux moyens pluriels existants. On forme ainsi des instituteurs qui, pour un bon nombre, manquent de qualification et dépendants de l’inspecteur et du conseiller pédagogique pour faire exister les classes.

The objective of this article is to analyze the gap between the official curriculum and the one achieved in the practices of formations initial and continuous of the teachers in Republic of Benin. 611 teaching practices have been observed with about thirty semi - controlled interviews consistent of a written documentation. The analysis permitted to understand that what was announced like referential of expertise is often put low to the academic knowledge profit. It is certainly bound to the human resources having to form the teachers to a sharp professionalism and the financial means of which arrange the country. And to survive in the school organization, one fits to the means of side. One forms some teachers thus that are not are not always good but dependent of the inspector and the educational counselor to make exist the classes.
