Lecture de la cooperation dans le monde de l’art a partir de l’AFCM : Vers une confirmation empirique de la theorie du monde de l’art

Abstract

L’évolution de la profession des artistes plasticiens a conduit à l’existence de deux groupes, l’un vivant de leur art et les autres en situation de précarité. Ce faisant, il se pose un problème de disparité socio-économique des artistes plasticiens. Comme hypothèse à ce problème, nous postulons que la disparité socio-économique des artistes plasticiens découle de la coopération des acteurs du monde de l’art. Afin de vérifier cette hypothèse, une recherche quantitative a été menée auprès de soixante-douze (72) artistes plasticiens et les données collectées ont été analysées à partir de l’Analyse Factorielle de Correspondances Multiples (AFCM). Ce qui a permis d’appréhender le groupe autour duquel se polarisent les acteurs du monde de l’art. Il s’en dégage que les artistes plasticiens vivant de leur art bénéficient du soutien de la plupart des acteurs du monde de l’art tandis que les artistes plasticiens en situation de précarité sont marginalisés. Ces résultats amènent à confirmer la théorie du monde de l’art.

English Title: Reading of cooperation in the world of art from FAMC : For empirical confirmation of the theory of the world of art

The evolution of visual artists profession lead to the existence of two groups, one living their art and the others in precarious situation. Therefore, there is a problem of visual artists socio-economic disparity. As a hypothesis to this problem, we postulate that the socioeconomic disparity of visual artists stems from the cooperation of the actors of the art world. In order to verify this hypothesis, a quantitative search was conducted of seventy-two (72) visual artists and the collected data were analyzed from the Multi-factorial Factor Analysis (AFCM). This allowed to apprehend the group around which the art world actors are polarized. It emerges that artists living on their art benefit from the support of most actors in the art world while visual artists in precarious situations are marginalized. These results lead to confirm theory of the art world (2010).
