Absence de projet professionnel : Quels effets sur les etudiants inscrits en sciences et techniques des activites socio-educatives (Benin) ?

Abstract

Le projet professionnel apparait comme une solution pour remédier aux difficultés rencontrées par les étudiants dans le choix de filière et spécialités en lien avec les besoins marché de l'emploi dans le domaine des Sciences et Techniques des Activités Socio-Educatives (STASE). La présente recherche sert de piste de réflexion sur la nécessité d'aller à l'élaboration d'un projet professionnel par les étudiants de cette formation avant leur inscription afin de réduire les difficultés d'orientations et d'anticiper sur les éventuelles obstacles et contraintes qui pourraient  entraver l'accès sur le marché de l'emploi. D'une littérature inspirée du contexte occidental et réalisée sur la base d'une méthodologie basée sur les données empiriques au regard de la posture épistémologique et théorique adoptée, elle a révélé que l'absence de projet professionnel engendre des conséquences sur le choix de la filière STASE et de ses  spécialités, et dans la préparation dans l'accès sur le marché de l'emploi en lien avec la formation. Ces conséquences sont relatives aux éléments qui influencent le choix des étudiants et les moyens mis en oeuvre pour  préparer l'accès sur le marché de l'emploi au terme de la formation  universitaire.

Absence of professional project: Which effects on the students  registered in socio-educational activities of sciences and technology (Benin)?

The professional project seems a solution to cure the difficulties  encountered by the students in the choice of sector and specialities in link with the needs job market in the field for the Socio-Educational Activities of Sciences and Technology (SEAST). The present research is used as line of thinking likely to draw the attention of the persons in charge of the SEAST department to the need for going to the  development of a professional project by the students of this formation before their registration in order to reduce the difficulties of orientations and for pre-empting possible the obstacles and constraints which could block the access on the job market. Of a literature inspired of the  European context and carried out on the basis of empirical device set up in comparison with the epistemological and theoretical posture adopted, it revealed that the absence of professional project generates  consequences on the choice of the SEAST sector and its specialities, and in the preparation in the access on the job market in link with the formation. These consequences are relating to the elements which  influence the choice of the students and the means put in work to  prepare the access on the job market at the end of the university  formation.
