L’experience de la ‘’normo-communication’’ gouvernementale au Benin

Abstract

Cette étude centrée nous a permis d’analyser la stratégie de la normo-communication adoptée par le gouvernement du Nouveau départ durant la première année de son exercice. Pour le faire, nous avons analysé la situation problématique, clarifié la notion de communication  gouvernementale, présenté la ‘’normo-communication et procédé à son analyse pour finir avec des perspectives. De cette étude, il se dégage que la ‘’normo-communication’’ a relégué au second rang les médias traditionnels de communication de masse au profit de l’internet et des réseaux sociaux. Mais, avec le temps, on se rend compte que le gouvernement est de plus en plus isolé du peuple qui commence à se sentir abandonné faute d’information. Car, la population béninoise reste une population majoritairement analphabète.

The experience of governmental normocommunication in Benin

This centered study has allowed us to analyse the strategy of the normo-communication adopted by the government of new departure during the first year of its rules. Doing it, we have analysed the problematic situation, have clarified the notion of governmental communication, have exposed the normo-communication and have proceeded to its analysis so as to finish with the outlooks. From that study, it has emerged that the normo-communication has relegated to the second place the traditional mass media of communication in profit of internet and social networks. But, with the time being, one notices that the  government is more and more isolated from the population who has started feeling abandonned because of the lack of information. Thus, the beninese population is much more illitrate.
