Volumineux faux-anévrisme spontané de l’artère fémorale commune droite : A propos d’un cas

Abstract

Les faux-anévrismes spontanés sont des affections très rares. Nous rapportons un cas d’un volumineux  faux-anévrisme spontané de l’artère fémorale commune. Il s’est agi d’un patient de 30 ans admis pour une volumineuse masse inguinale droite battante et expansive, évoluant depuis 5 ans. Il n’y avait pas d’antécédent familiale, ni personnel de maladie vasculaire, de traumatisme ou de cathétérisme fémoral. La TDM et l’échographie doppler ont confirmé le diagnostic de faux anévrisme de l’artère fémorale commune. Le traitement a consisté en une mise a plat, avec rétablissement de la continuité par un greffon saphène interne inversé. Les suites opératoires ont été simples.

English Abstract

False femoral aneurysm is a rarely reported entity. We herein reported a case of giant spontanous  false aneurysm in a 30 years old patient. The patient had a right inguinal  swelling discovered 5 years before. It is volume has increased without worrying the patient. The onset of pain prompted the consultation. Clinical examination has noted oval pulsatile swelling in right inguinal area, measuring about 20 centimeters. The morphological assessment confirmed saccular aneurysm measuring  (25cmX12cmX12cm). There was no other location of aneurysm. The treatment consisted in surgical Removal of the aneurysm and vein graft with saphenous vein. The postoperative course was simple.
