Le syndrome de Tunnel tarsien : à propos d’une observation au CHU de Lomé.

Abstract

Les auteurs présentent un fait clinique d’une douleur subaiguë de la face médiale du pied gauche, explorée par l'imagerie par résonance magnétique, en complément d’une échographie Doppler. Ces explorations ont permis de faire le diagnostic du syndrome de tunnel tarsien par aponévrosite plantaire secondaire à une thrombose semi récente isolée de la veine dorsale du pied gauche. La prise en charge médicale a permis une régression de la symptomatologie clinique.

English Abstract
The authors present a clinical fact of a pain subaiguë of the medial face of the left foot, explored by the imagery by magnetic resonance, in complement of a Doppler scan. These explorations permitted to make the diagnosis of the tarsal tunnel syndrome by secondary plantary aponevrosite to a thrombosis semi recent isolated of the dorsal vein of the left foot. The hold in medical charge permitted a regression of the clinical symptomatology.
