A stochastic Ergodic Theorem in Von-Neumann algebras
Abstract
In this paper we introduce the notion of stochastic convergence of τ- measurable operators and prove a noncommutative extension of pointwise ergodic theorem of G. D. Birkhoff by means of it by using the techniques developed by Petz in [12]
