Application of Wiener-Hopf Technique to the solution of non-homogeneous singular integral equation

Abstract

Here we apply the Wiener-Hopf technique to find the analytic solution of the inhomogeneous integral equation of the second kind with difference kernel. This is done by using the properties of the Fourier transform on the half plane and the application of analytic theorems of the complex analysis.
