Dirac-Woods-Saxon problem with effective mass function for any κ-state
Abstract
We investigated the Dirac-Woods-Saxon problem within the framework of the Pekeris approximation to the centrifugal term (1/r2) with respect to the position-dependent mass formalism. We obtain energy eigenvalues and the corresponding wave function using the parametric generalization of Nikiforov-Uvarov method for any κ-state and expressed the results in terms of a Jacobi polynomial.
