Natural convective heat mass transfer fluid flow through a porous medium with variable pressure and thermal radiation effects
Abstract
This study considers the interaction of free convective flow with thermal radiation and variable pressure on natural convective heat and mass transfer fluid flow in porous medium is studied. The governing partial differential equations are transformed into ordinary differential equations using perturbation series method. The expansion for velocity, temperature and concentration are obtained. The effect of various flow parameters such as: suction/injection ( ) radiation ( ) magnetic field ( ) heat source ( ) chemical reaction ( ) on the skin friction, rate of heat transfer, velocity, temperature, and concentration profile are discussed with the aid of line graph.
