An Unusual Case of Missile Injury: Case Report

Abstract

A 68-year old Nigerian Woman with injury to the right thigh secondary to fragments from exploding mines in peace times. This case is reported to draw attention to danger still being posed by mines which were laid more than 30 years ago in parts of Eastern Nigeria during the Nigerian Civil War.
