Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analytical study on some dairy products of 'Wanis' (Ain-Defla Province), with the objective of cost reduction and highlighting the level of control in managing production operations within one day of the year 2021 for four key products produced by 'Wanis'. This is achieved through the utilization of linear programming methodology to assist in improving and optimizing the production process, ensuring optimal resource utilization. The study demonstrated the effectiveness of the proposed model in determining the quantities of each element used in the production of the composite product with the least possible cost and in optimizing the use of time for operations, thereby minimizing production costs.
