Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the impact of Leadership styles in reducing change resistance to the Regional Directorate of Mobilis The study sample is composed of all 55 regional directorate of Mobilis staff element, In order to achieve the study’s objectives; a questionnaire consisting of 29 items: We distributed 55questionnaire 38 have been retrieved and we used the SPSS Program to analyse the data collected ; The study found a statistically significant effect of Leadership styles on reducing resistance to change and a great statistically significant correlation between intermediate and weak of all leadership types ( democracy ;autocracy and free leadership) with forms of resistance to change, The study recommended the need to operationalize the role played by management leadership in reducing forms of resistance to change , and the need the adoption of certain characteristics of autocratic leadership and free leadership by Mobilis leaders of Chlef
