Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the most important factors in which the entrepreneurial intention can affect the entrepreneurial culture, where the applied side was projected on the university center - Maghnia - which works to instill and encourage the entrepreneurial intention among its students. To collect data, the questionnaire was used as a tool for the study, as it relied on 91 A questionnaire and after assaying the data using the PLS- SEM program where the main results revealed that there's a positive relationship between entrepreneurial skills and entrepreneurial intention, and the impact is significant on the latter compared to other factors that have been addressed to support the entrepreneurial culture of university students that develops their entrepreneurial spirit, the study concluded that it is necessary to take care and promote entrepreneurship by spreading its concept on a large scale and supporting the owners of emerging and innovative projects, which develops and encourages the entrepreneurial culture of the rest of the students.
