Abstract

This article aims to identify the factors that can have an impact on the development of skills within the Algerian company. To do this, we have adopted the hypothetico-deductive approach by adopting an explanatory descriptive type problem. For this we relied on a questionnaire and some interviews developed with managers of firms or with HR managers belonging to the plastics sector in the region of Oran. The analysis of the results obtained on the study of a sample composed of thirty companies shows that the competitive intensity, the technological dimension, and the level of mastery of the employees have a positive and significant impact on the action of the HR function. on skills.

French Abstract:

Le présent article a comme objectif d’identifier les facteurs qui peuvent avoir un impact sur le développement des compétences au sein de l’entreprise algérienne. Pour ce faire, nous avons adopté la démarche hypothético-déductive en adoptant une problématique de type descriptif explicatif. Pour cela nous nous sommes basés sur un questionnaire et quelques entretiens développés avec les responsables d’entreprises ou avec les responsables de la fonction ressources humaines appartenant au secteur de la plasturgie dans la région d’Oran. L’analyse des résultats obtenus sur l’étude d’un échantillon composé de trente entreprises montre que l’intensité concurrentielle, la dimension technologique, et le niveau de maîtrise des salariés ont un impact positif et significatif sur l’action de la fonction Rh sur les compétences.
