Contribution to the study of the semi theoretical approach of the hydraulic jump in a rectangular channel of compound section with rough major bed

Abstract

The purpose of this study is interested in the semi-theoretical analysis of the hydraulic jump evolving in a rectangular straight compound channel with rough major bed. A functional relationship, non-dimensional terms, linking together the different characteristics of the projection, is obtained.
