Student engagement refers to students' level of enthusiasm to actively

leadership and environment) and students' engagement in Secondary schools in Badagry LGA of Lagos State. The correlational research design was used with a sample of 420 participants selected from 7 schools using the multistage sampling approach. The findings of theĀ  study established that both school leadership and environment has a significant relationship with student engagement among Secondary School students.
