Intelligent workflow driven processing for electronic mail management

Abstract

Email has become one of the most efficient means of electronics communication for many years and email management has become a critical issue due to congestion. Different client/individuals encounter problems while processing their emails due to large volume of email being received and lot of request to be replied. The analysis from an intelligent email workflow will enhance reduction in cost of information exchange with less or no human effort. This research explains how a hybrid model is developed from different models to enable better workflow activities. The intelligent workflow activities from an email combine uses both dynamic and static workflow to carry out response which was implemented using MATLAB fuzzy logic tool box with overall system performance of 83.893%.
